1. Eye Test

Each KeyCare Plus member is eligible for:

• One eye test per person every two benefit years (24 months from the last test date) at any KeyCare Network optometrist. This test is crucial for keeping your prescription current and addressing any changes in your vision.

2. Lenses and Frames

Your plan includes:

• One pair of clear lenses—available in single vision, bifocal, or multifocal options based on your prescription.
• If you prefer contact lenses, the plan covers a set of basic clear contact lenses (without added colours, tints, or special designs). These provide a straightforward solution for basic vision correction.

The lenses and contact lenses must be obtained through a KeyCare Network optometrist to be covered by the plan.

3. Network Requirement

To use these benefits without extra charges, you must visit an optometrist in the KeyCare Optometry Network. This is crucial, as any services from non-network providers are not covered under KeyCare Plus.

4. Frequency and Eligibility

• Benefit Frequency: Both the eye test and lens benefits renew every 24 months, so once used, you’ll need to wait two years for them to become available again.
